You need to get the citizens to stand up and try to make a difference, and the landlord will follow.I agree.If residents don't care (or worse), it's not my obligation to intervene and try to get them to stop (literally) fighting, dropping out of school, being derelicts, and so on.

This whole thing is hilarious.Under the common law concepts that many posters are relying on, the FDA has no authority to intervene in the business relationship between a owner of a handful of pills, and the prospective buyer.

Now here's the thing... if this was just a random person that I picked and this happened to me I wouldn't have expected BP to intervene. 

They follow the status of the first and intervene whenever necessary.  

But like you said In your story some force (the Enemy) whom we already know is defeated any, tried to come in a destroy but the God we serve stepped in to intervene!

Companies like Microsoft have had its fair share of harassment by the DOJ.So even in a free market environment, the government will often identify trends and developments that may put at risk its national security and hence have to act to address the threat  or may intervene to bring about equity and fairness.

I would still be sitting in that cubicle dreaming of the life I wanted if fate did not intervene.  

Had they not intervened, it WOULD have killed seller financing but that didn't happen.Now, granted, I normally focus on privately-held seller financed notes so that's my area.If you're looking to "wholesale", i would say you'd better be careful.

If that does not work then perhaps have a friend stop by the office in person or let the new property manager know about your situation and ask them to intervene on your behalf.If they are licensed perhaps you can report them to their licensing board.
