While Facebook Marketplace isn't the sketchiest site (craigslist), I personally would never give my ID across it.

As for Alfonso, the website is one of the most UNdescriptive scammy sites I've ever seen. 

All of the information is on the internet for free.

So, When one person, the GURU, has a lot of people sending him leads, most don't work out of course, but some do and they are blasted all over the internet.

We're also starting to scour other forums for possible investments outside the traditional MLS sites, and other areas like upstate NY. 

True that. 99% of people will stay on the internet, analyzing deals and doing research but when the time comes to pull the trigger on a deal they'll do absolutely nothing. 

For example, if I purchase a site entitled to 100 dwelling units under a newly formed holding company and the only thing linking me to it is a shared PO box mailing address on the holding entity, the lender gets alerted.
