I will be making around $110,000 annually and have $20,000 in student loan debt. 

Is it mostly student housing, since it is across/near campus? 

We are well visited for our 3 tier 1 universities, the research triangle park, travelling educators and nurses, and students.

Though those goals are often interconnected.

They're probably not different than other operators pitches, but when they advertise a Garland deal being close to SMU...I'm sorry probably not one student, one faculty member, or even one SMU employee lives in that development.   

There are a lot of Subto students in that group and your specific question (above) will certainly garner some good feedback.

Network with them to understand areas most students choose to live.
