And don't be afraid to ask questions, there are a lot of intelligent investors on this site. 

And I believe if you can get someone to be intelligent there's a lot of money to be made.

I'm really trying to be unbiased here, and find real information before I make a decision, but what I'm seeing is that the majority of people have some kind of blanket disinterest of NRU because either it's too expensive, or they don't like that salesman make money off the opportunity, or they just want to jump on the bandwagon and sound intelligent.

You need to remember on this site all these people are speaking off of real life experience and are very very intelligent.

After you get to know him, and he you, you can ask intelligent questions about REO...for starters...and it won't appear self-serving.A source like this isn't only good for REO's...and, in all honesty, in the centralized banking world he probably doesn't even deal with them directly...but what's the first thing a new couple moving to town does?

Unfortunately, I am not a tax expert and can't have an intelligent discussion with you about my tax situation.

I want say that I'm not intelligent enough to eventually learn all the legal in an outs.
