Section 8 can definitely cause extra headaches like the longer wait times to get a tenant in there, the inspections, and the incompetent CMHA office you can never get a hold of.  

Instead they are "flex spaces" or "offices".2.

I truly just think this was a conservative bank/incompetent loan officer.

We intend to use this space as an office and or small sleeping quarters.

The rates are higher and points +++ plus prepay for a commercial loan or hard money loan.Loans closed in America are reported and stats are available as to who closed, how many, loan officer, dollar amount, loan type, location and more detail.

I would talk to a title officer unless of course your an attorney state then talk to another attorney who can look up case law.That's exactly what I recommended to the family. 

Keep in mind the brokerage that just offers low desk fees and a nice office doesn't have a direct correlation to the training you will receive and value you will get for the cap you are paying.
