There is a monthly in person BP event, an event called pints and properties, a triangle deal makers session, NCREIA, and Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA) that meet in and around the Raleigh area. 

I'm not letting you know how much rent was actually paid last year because that information would just confuse you about how much of a hot money maker this deal is.

I am a very real person and I make real money doing deals.

VNQ + VNQI would get you part way with 812 individual REITs going forward, in a low expense fee Vanguard format, but I don't know of any market maker yet with a total REIT index as an ETF or mutual fund yet?
