Is this market dynamic and climate now still beneficial for long term buy and hold investing? 

That's a huge advantage to have.

I have found it is beneficial to rent your smaller homes with the program and your larger homes (same number of bedrooms) in the private market.

For families with kids that don't have D+, providing it likely doesn't move the needle because it's not important enough for them to already be subscribed.I think providing streaming services (that require login) can have huge downsides if the service gets logged out. 

I did ask, as usual, do not expect to get response soon.Thats huge amount of money they have been careless with.

So trying to acquire five more properties without cash and have them cash flowing is going to be a huge hurdle.

Raising capital, real estate and note investing and community organizing are all huge parts of my freedom experience!

Plus, with it being just myself running my own business, and after reading up on how many cash buyers other wholesalers have put in their network to buy properties, that are also sole proprietors, I'm going to assume that having a huge cash buyer list is not really efficient at this point in the game.
