Would you want your neighbor building a 30 foot tall fence, making loud noises all the time and pumping a bunch of chemicals into the ground causing weird smells? 

Or should I ask my property manager to test for meth chemicals?

I am a currently a real estate investor but am very happy that I can say that I have a degree in Chemical Engineering.  

No NON-DEGRADABLE items/ NO CHEMICALS/NO GREASE.  

The chemical will NOT kill their eggs which will hatch in about 2 weeks.

There are fogging units that will vaporize a deodorizing chemical that goes everywhere the curry smoke went.  

Is it normal to have a strong chemical type smell after running it? 

One area is obviously from a fish tank which the lease did not prohibit and the other is a pain or chemical stain which definitely won't come off.

The likely cause is too much chlorine or other chemicals fom the water treatment plant. 

In preparation for the party, I took down a section of the fence that was built so that they couldn't let their dogs out to poop in the yard and we also put down some chemicals that animals and children should not be near.
