We do not measure our children's growth in grams and centimeters in the US. 

yes Ocean pointe apparently is the owner and I know in other markets he is not the owner so I am pretty sure he is acting like any of the other high profile marketing companies.. just taking a fee.. but the other marketing companies I know of they have a broker affiliate in each state so they are not violating the RE broker laws.. some were but soon get a nasty gram and have to do it right. 

We then contacted Money Gram, the money order issuer, and that $1000 money order has never been processed on their end.

I'd maybe consider someone popped for  carrying a 1/4 gram of blow at a party or in their car.

That said, if a tenant has a pet, I do charge them a modest $50 pet cleaning fee up front at lease signing because I expect additional cleaning at the end.If the unit is excessively dirty where there are disposal costs for garbage/debris or very visible dirt/grime/grease then I may charge against their security deposit for the extra cleaning.

Also wanted me to send him the funds visa western union union or money gram.

Is it normal for them to ask you to send money first via money gram, before they will fund the deal?
