Those early (1978-1984) real estate club meeting were a lot of fun and a lot of real, useful good knowledge was exchanged.  

You are missing out on all the fun of investing in NPLS' here in the states!

Don't be tempted by overmotivation to bite off more than you can chew with baby teeth.

I'm an easygoing roommate and looking to cut costs and also have a more fun experience sharing space with a woman who invests.

It would be fun to see the difference between then and now.  

I expect the project will be a bit cheaper than the quote because I've been sourcing materials myself which were included in the quote and was able to buy new hardwood flooring on fb marketplace as well as buying nice hardwood cabinets from Habitat Restore that will be refinished instead of buying new plus a few other fun thrifted finds to keep costs down!

But that's my two cents, work hard and have fun doing it.

To them the LP it's often fun money.
