Your applauding those ignoring any/all of the thinking, just blindly throwing out an action, which FYI can set a precedence that can than get used step by step to further controls, lesson freedoms etc.. 

I have excellent role-models in my own family of first-generation immigrants who have invested in RE decades ago and now enjoy total financial freedom before retirement.

Another thing I think that is worth noting is for people who don't have much of a net worth or much opportunity taking a calculated risk in real estate can be a great way to bring some freedom to your life down the road. 

We're in it for the long haul and hope to build generational wealth and financial freedom for our family through real estate. 

I myself am banking on Ben Leybovich Cash Flow Freedom course and Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin's "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down: Real Life Strategies for Investing in Real Estate Using Other People's Money" book for my guidance.

3-6 months after my first house hack I plan to look at other properties to invest into, preferably out of state or near colleges in OH.I’ve always been intrigued with real estate and how someone can gain so much financial freedom and time with owning properties.

That is not the path to wealth or time freedom.

The location where you invest determines all long-term income characteristics essential for achieving and maintaining financial freedom.

Some areas to be careful of right now are Madison, Freedom, Bartlett, and Conway. 

Not only have I been taught the path towards financial freedom through multifamily real estate, yet has also help me discovered my purpose in life through growth mindset.
