Has wealth finally found its way in forgotten places? 

It includes what is called the Forgotten Bottom across from Pennovation which the University is calling Grays Ferry.

People usually bring up other real world examples and I have personally had late fees removed when I had just forgotten about a payment or something did not go through (granted those were usually $10-25).What would you choose?

I had forgotten about the gift, and I had taken it innocently, and I obviously didn't take it expecting to hit a value.  

I don't think anyone's forgotten about the Cavs players they just do not compare to the Lakers all around team.

I would likely waive it this time if it is the first time they have forgotten the deposit slip, but my letter/email waiving the fee would come with future clarification for them stating exact lease terms and then explanation of what that means to you.

I think many Canadians have forgotten that aspect (priced the same but a 20-30% premium due to exchange).
