They did however put themselves as the lien holder on record for both insurance and taxes (as noted when I look at my records).

Early on I spoke to 1 of the 3 young women who I assume is the lease holder about what will happen (rodents, etc.) if she doesn't keep the lawn cut.

The results showed that the home minus the new lot would be worth more than when I bought it.You should have the current owner ask some more questions of his mortgage holder.
