In most of Raleigh city limits specifically, the lack of room to build new construction developments has stirred the folks in zoning.

Just asking as most folks seem to think "giving it back to the lender" is always an option.

Most of the FN moniker is for folks with no nexus or residency/citizenship to the US.

And all of this happens during the contract period reducing purchasing risk.Great strategy especially when practiced just on the outskirts of a major metro area in a country setting(a weekend getaway property that can be marketed to city folk).  

I let VRBO and AirBNB handle that.Bottom line is you are taking a risk every time you allow folks to use the house.

No one checks the maintenance crew to see if the did a good job (as far as I can tell, their in house folks miss stuff). 

But these folks commenting above represent some of the best of the best at using different styles!!! 

@Dennis Bragg I especially agree with you that "thinking about older buildings.. some folks underestimate how well older properties can hold up".
