And they love spending their times on flowers, and working outside.Your Exit Plan should begin even when young, just like we should plan for our burial when we are young, or insurance for us and our family.

I have no idea what goes on here, I do know that no one has sent me flowers or a wink or any money, but many have asked me for money, just like dating I'd say!

The Owner(s) is trying to sell a bouquet of mixed flowers which really don't go together so well, but he/she doesn't want to sell a 1/2 or 1/4 bouquet if it can be helped.  

If you can paint instead or decorate the lawn with nice flowers, landscaping, new door, etc. that might be a more cost effective way to pretty up the place and give more curb appeal.
