Hi guysI have a handyman who is super knowledgeable and he is very comfortable connecting the 220 wires for a mini split and also for a hot tub. im getting extremely high quotes for a certified electrician to do it. what are your thoughts?

I don't expect a swift recovery from Trump, without some extreme pain.

However, it seems extremely high risk as, to my knowledge, it is unsecured and only backed by a 'promise' to repay not any hard assets or relevant collateral.    

It has a free version and in the event you'd like to upgrade once you obtain more properties, the monthly cost is extremely reasonable. 

If you ask anyone in this business, note servicing is the Achilles heel and it is extremely difficult starting one from scratch. 

Of course, always check recent reviews.. they tell you more than a flashy website.Size Matters: I’d avoid both extremes... massive firms managing thousands of units and one-person operations juggling too much.

I'm just suggesting you be well informed:I loved reading Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad"... it was extremely informative and eye opening... albeit told in a bit of a crazy way.  

This is all indications of a super sensitive earnings, extremely sticky projected inflation, and the bond market being way in front of the Fed. 

For example, if you have no experience in land development - that is extremely complex and risky compared to owning NNN rentals.
