Be sure to provide ample due diligence for delivery and review of seller records and extended periods for appraisal (and review), title and underwriting.- As with any RE transaction, it's best to consider the other parties perspective when determining feasibility.

Sequence of follow ups on concrete blocks delivery since Jan 2023.23rd Jan: First follow up response - concrete blocks will take time since it's the slowest part. 24th Feb: Second follow up response - still waiting on block delivery schedule from the vendor.21st Mar: Third follow up response - vendor said they will have a batch of deliveries going out next week. 28th Mar: Fourth follow up - haven't heard back.6th Apr: Fifth follow up - haven't heard back.

Just want a general itemized list of potential costs to look into, such as cost to develop land, build foundation, permits, delivery and building of modular, hooking up utilities, etc.Thanks in advance!

i just try to remember there are trends (and money) behind the fragility. this is funny I get it though our kids order so much from delivery services I mean a cup of coffee :) and dont get me started on Ms Lori and Amazon thats a 2 day every day delivery of something.

They also expresses they could do 2x - 4x security deposit, we will see if that is true or not. 

Another exception would be to buy condos pre-construction and flip the contract before delivery.
