@Paige Gardner it depends on the person. hml are my last resource, it's a option for sure. 75% too high for me. that's the game for them, that's how they make its money. don't take it off the table but definitely explore ur options. 

But again, Chicago is a town where if you are one block over from the good area, you can go from an A to a C crossing the street.

Is it a small town with one factory supporting the town?

Also what towns do you primarily rent in and how much of a loss do you take vs renting market rent?
