Hello:Can anyone recommend an organization that seeks housing for executives or corporations in Maryland?

Is it usually solo business professionals ( travel nurses, corporate executives, etc) that rent midterm. 

We recently got 2 weeks of bookings for executives from a staffing company in our area.

@Abigail Lipson if you move forward, be sure to execute a Partnership Agreement spelling out how does what, penalties for not doing those things and what happens when one party wants out (or dies/incapacitated) and the other doesn't.

But the beauty about the Jake and Gino community is - 1) the coursework gives you the knowledge you'll need to be competent in the multifamily space, 2) your coaches give you direction, guidance, support, and strategies for your particular situation, 3) and the community (network) gives you the resources, partnerships and team to execute. 

Would we still be vulnerable at that point, even if the property is in an LLC?

Bigger Pockets has done a lot for me personally and was a major contributor to our Aheroshome.org mission which we were successful  we donated a fully renovated home in Memphis to a deserving Hero and it was a collaboration of prominent BP members executing the mission and BP members donating funds for the mission.

They said they will share what the plans are to close the gap once all the funds are in but they are still moving out with the execution plan as scheduled so we shall see.
