I tell him all pessimist's need a lick in the Cant's. lol    In the meantime,  I bought my first deal with another friend,  that deal has evolved into over 50 sfr's now. 

This is what has helped me evolve my skillsets over the years, and has helped build my confidence. 

I was told I still had the option to initiate a transfer, however, I would have to pay the 3% transfer fee and pay the variable 14-24% interest rate while funds were in use…Just like that, 40k of capital to go out and buy assets and get them to cashflow……gone.As a value-add real estate entrepreneur, I understand with every challenge encountered, there is a lesson to be learned and an opportunity to evolve.

I feel that networking and communication is the only way to really evolve.

I am at 4 year mark now and my views have evolved over this period. 

The market here in Cleveland is rapidly evolving an very "block by block."

To further add , as I kept researching more , my thoughts evolved and I made slight changes .
