BUT, she is not a licensed Property Manager, what I think could mean for us some troubles in the future, if she has to show in court representing us, etc...On the other hand, if I was managing myself, I don't need a license, and she could be like our representative, empowered, and maybe she don't need a license...? 

COVID is being used as an excuse to create new regulations that stifle private property rights and contract law while padding pockets and empowering government.

It empowers the receiver (a property management company) to basically take over the tenants and the property.

House hacking can be super empowering, and I'm glad to hear that this has been such a good experience!

It would be very inspiring and empowering for many to get a thread of individuals who have overcome major setbacks and where they are today. 

To wit, a real life example, a lender with really attractive rates/fees/turntimes/etc, one I often use:If you want to empower your mortgage broker to get you the best deal possible moving forward, and execute well (close reliably, on time, with transparency in the process, etc), you will not be taking forbearance.
