Perfect example Oregon ( Hillsboro tech Hud) got a massive amount of Chips Federal Grants as Chips are seen as a National need ( dont want to rely on Taiwan)  Intel is largest employer in state . the city of Hillsboro identified 1700 acres to bring in to ensure future high Tech growth ( got to have the land)  the no growthers and farmers and newspapers scream we cant have sprawl U cant do this.. we have plenty of land already in the Urban Growth areas.. while thats true very few parcels are over 40 acres in size.

Then once the allure of the 0 balance goes away…. :) I would put about 40% loans on them to buy bigger and more cash flow. 

I am self-employed so it was a challenge just to get a loan in general, not being a traditional W-2, but that was finally overcome.

I did run a light background and employment check, she checks out. 

Since this is an FHA Streamline, there is no appraisal, no income verification, no employment verification, no out-of-pocket costs, and nothing rolled into the new loan.

Also, as you highlighted the tenant base is highly reliable, with strong employment, security clearances etc.

I enjoyed the hard labor and comradery that I missed from my Navy days working in engineering.My question is, how do I go about getting more experience on paper without having to commit to an employer/contractor for a long-term position?
