Then, separate that list into urgent (need to replace now), 3-5 years life left, and 10+ years remaining.

Yeah, service animals are required to be allowed and people sneak pooches in sometimes.We allow dogs so it isn't an issue but I wonder if there is way to disallow all animals to support the super allergic folks.
