With the $1k class you get the information, use of their logo, access to marketing print material for an additional charge and you can purchase the crm separately as well.

They printed a disclaimer at the bottom that read "Sorry ECU, we don't rank professionals". 

I have had cash tenants and Sect. 8 that display that sort of mindset and usually you can see it in the screening process.....as soon as I see it, I am able to gracefully slip out of the conversation and go a different direction.
