One expense I was wrong about was food expense.Since rental property is a business, I thought I could write off my food expense, for example, taking a lunch or dinner break from working on my rental property.

Happened to my buddy once and he processed the unhit side into dinner.

Basically our evenings consist of cooking dinner, watching a show or reading.

On the hand, we reward our team and contractors with gifts and a year-end dinner.

In the afternoon spend time walking around Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, along their famous and cute squares, do some shopping visiting all exclusive boutiques, visit the dock where luxurious yachts are moored...In the evening sip cocktails or have dinner at the Billionaire, or enjoy the music at one of the Cafè in Porto Cervo.Well, better wake up from this dream!
