My target areas are PG and Montomery Counties. 

@Joe Schaak  I have quite a bit of experience in the HML space. and I used to require PG's on all my loans  ..

If you gave a PG who also have to wonder if this will make you personally bankrupt cause well you don’t really have $1MM in personal assets so you are fairly motivated to sell before it drops even further. 

(this is the PG version of what I really feel you should do with it!!)

I am actually in the Dc area as well, in the Pg area there are still many on those bandit signs so there is still a market for whole selling here.Good luck to you though

Do they do loan to LLC's without a PG?
