If they passed away, stepped up basis,  multiple properties then a landlord- getting old they will want to sell- their kids won’t want them, etc etc.

They have daily webinars, you can call your mentor pretty much 24/7, so it's real interaction.

I'd agree with mortgage news daily - the "average mortgage rate" generally tracks very very closely with the 10-year treasury yield (+ a somewhat steady spread) - google and yahoo finance on that are pretty handy

It was basically the perfect storm that lowered occupancy and in consequence average daily rates.

The market "sees" hundreds of millions transacted daily. 

I'm paid much more slowly, since I only receive the difference between the two lease agreements on a monthly basis - but then I also receive the difference between the two purchase agreements when they close.

I'm using my workout time to educate myself daily and feel overwhelmed, but excited to get going.

It's not my area of expertise and believe those who focus on this line of work on a day to day basis will attract buyers and achieve a 2.5-3% better result than if I were to do this on my own.
