To me that reeks of someone that wants to do STR (which you do), but is trying to hid that fact behind a term that doesn't indicate what's being requested.To me, a "corporate lease" would mean someone wants to lease a unit for their business and put it under a company name, and not someone that's trying to lease to STR visitors.I need to make a cut-and-paste reply to this question like that dude who literally replies with a mile long message to everyone that asks about LLC.   

So posts like "do you need to sell your house fast" is not going to cut it.Actual value so that people like and share your posts.The best maerketing is done when you cross pollinate your efforts.Send them to your youtube video, and from therem send them to your instagram.

I know someone who ahd a loand written at 10% from years ago and now they said a state is requesting more info on the loan because it was above usury laws and they may have to cut a check back to that person.Let me guess, good old Pennsylvania? 

See, the older I get (don't ask), the more annoyed I get with the endless "I WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO CUT YOUR TAXES in DECEMBER" emails, posts, webinars, podcasts, TikToks, YouTubes and whatnot.

If the change has occurred and buyers are now doing this, surprised not discussed more  You as the buyer is paying for the agents commission one way or another , either by a higher sales price , or by cutting a check to your agent . 

While the Fed looks to continue their trajectory of cutting short term rates, I suspect the mid and long points of the yield curve (particularly the 10 year, which is what most mortgages go off of) will stay elevated. 10 Yr treasury today is 4.4%, but if it goes up to 5% or 6%, your mortgage will likely be in the 8% or higher level, which then hits CF even more.  

Cutting to the meat of the situation, I came across a property that looked like a fixer upper, typical investment grade property.
