After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and Second Chance by Robert Kiyosaki.

And it feels great to finally be cash rich and not just house rich and cash poor which is what I was for the longest time growing that portfolio.   

I understand that isn't what you thought initially but 15k is insane to get what you got and ended up with.There is way to much social med. crap that "get rich quick" is a pure and total smoke screen regarding real estate.

Real Estate is get rich slowly, $150k to invest is an amazing place to be and a great achievement, but it's also not going to produce a life changing amount of cash flow every year.

There are many rich people that end up bankrupt because they never learn to control their finances.By the time you reach 18, you should be able to buy a house hack, giving you a place to live and some rental income.
