Nothing to it as long as you don't listen to all these SEO companies regurtitating, "backlinks, time on page, click through rate, keywords, content is king" crap. 

That's why you need reserves (don't care if you call it the rainy day fund, the oh crap fund, the long term savings, whatever). 

Out of state is a crap shoot—you are putting a lot/all of the execution out of your hand so it’s dependent on you being able to identify good operators (which requires experience).

So where you invest and what you invest in is an individual question as to what crap or not do you want to put up with for a yield?

The actual Booking.com site is crap and I have had issues with it, but the integration with Hospitable has not caused me any issue yet.

It's a longer play where the cash-on-cash return is crap, but the true return is there.

carpets look like crap after the first year.fibers get all worn out, and then prospective tenants get grossed out looking at it, EVEN THOUGH these same prospective tenants would destroy the carpet just the same.stupid double standard.

So I have interacted with literally hundreds of students who have paid the 20 to 50k for the courses.And the whole reason I was at these events was that at the end of the training many realized crap this is a lot of work looking for that one unicorn deal I think I will just buy a rental and call it a day.

Now when you are a master at SEO ahem.. and you ONLY care about bringing value to your traffic, and NEVER care about Google rankings... you are COMPLETELY and UTTERLY immune to any Google update what-so-ever.I have not touched my website in over 4 years, and I still dominate, and I still get free leads of the highest quality.So now.. ignore that person and keep on SEOing the crap out of your site!
