I do much better with Zillow, Cozy, Craigslist.

I consider rent paid on the first of it’s beginning processing in Cozy by the first.

I find Cozy to be pretty simple, but I’m not a technophobe. :)Suggest that they work through it with a friend or family member who’s good with computers.

Check out RentecDirect and various other companies, like Cozy.

I'm not going to overcharge for repairs, but again I'm not going to allow someone to damage my property and not bill them for it within the confines of the law.  

The listing services I use are Zillow rental manager, Craigslist, Facebook, and cozy.  

Either use an online rent collection service such as Cozy or require the tenant to mail a check or money order to you.

Are you saying you have found a multifamily 2-4 unit building, that is within the confines of an HOA, AND the HOA is choosing to pay water/sewer/trash?

Using Cozy for credit checks and this persons credit turned up lower then what qualifies.However this person sent me screen shots with the credit checks being different from different reporting companies and that the credit check experian didn’t even show up on her reportThis person has been very honest and easy to work with and I’m inclined to believe this person but I’m skeptical.Anyone have any experience with this?
