They says they are such a great company and are looking out for all the mobile home tenants of the parks they own but to contact them and have them respond back, they never have.

You'll need a contact who lives in Philadelphia for a rental license now to put down their contact info for the city.

@Aaron Bard- plenty of  lenders  offer  DCSR loans ...contact a  few  for  quotes ...also - dont  pay  any  lenders  at the beginning of the process
