Personally I don't think you need a boot camp to start.

It can provide financial relief and combat loneliness, fostering a sense of community.

This strategy keeps you from being the boots on the ground landlord and gets you significant cash in hand.

And you get the real estate to boot, so this property+business has some actual & real value that our hypothetical restaurant does not.

I'm going to start sending out a lot of marketing in the triangle and am looking for investors that are experienced in the area that can be my boots on the ground.

Seems like they are sales people that are well versed in tax liens and deeds selling boot camps for classes at 10,000, 26000 and the 40000I’m interested but don’t want to be scammed!

Curious if there is any first hand/boots on the ground knowledge of the Ogden to SLC to Provo market is like today.

In those towns is where the STRs entrepreneurs usually invest, they are mostly digital nomads as well and they come for the summer go when it rains, and when it rains locals fill the spot with some tourist to boot. 

If you have boots on the ground you don't need to go there all the time.
