I can say we have never had one of our products fail however, there have been failures on the part of the IRA holders.Before I answer the question I'd like to give some background; the basic reason people fail at transactions is that they fail to seek competent advice or from a practitioner who has walked through the fire not just speak theoretically about IRS actions.
