Almost all of the social services are provided by charities, not the government. 

Although for me personally I am pretty up front that I am not a mentor.. but will consult for donations to my charity.. 

I have gotten good response though when I will let folks pick my brain for the Chairty we set up  aheroshome  dot org  for the charity I will jump on the line and help folks and let them ask anything they want..

If your favorite charity won't accept land, then this non-profit will consider.Will you send me the parcel number?

its general to buying any rental property that you cant see does not matter where it comes from.I reflect back on a conversation I had with an Active duty military a few months back he had donated to our Charity aheroshome.org which BP has generously offered to be the chairty of choice along with other local charities at bPcon. 

This is a business transaction its not charity or subsidized housing.
