Someone who can be a tax advisor re: real estate investments too. there was a firm on one of David Greene’s podcast episodes but I can’t find it for the life of me.  

For podcasts I really like the House Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast and other channels.

He and his partner Daniel Martinez were just on the latest episode of Steve Trang's Real Estate Disruports and they go through how their busines works, etc.

I've seen you post quite a few times now; I recommend listening to the first 300 episodes of the BiggerPockets Podcast and returning to the forums when you have a specific question.

The other is far more sophisticated, like could be the subject of a future Dateline episode sophisticated.

I've also come across a few other mentors and their programs in the CRE space that I'm willing to learn more about as well.For example, Chad with https://37parallel.com/ from Bigger Pockets podcast episode #317 also is someone who intrigues me based on what he shared in that podcast interview. 

There are 2 episodes on the Bigger Pockets podcast that were helpful for us - #356 and #575.  

So they prey on newer investors.American Greed has a great episode on this
