Clearly, there's more homework to do before celebrating a "successful" flip.

Celebrating with a well aged cigar from the year it all started.  

We will be doing a catering service possibly just a day to celebrate and everyone can meet each other.

I was looking at Orlando-area investment properties and noticed a few 1 or 2 BR condos for sale inside the Melia hotel in Celebration, FL. 

My son turns 2 months old today and hes such a blessing we are going to celebrate later tonight when his mommy gets back from work:).

To celebrate the new ability to upload photos easily here on the forums, I'd like to start a "before/after" thread here on the site so people can post their favorite transformations!

what you learned each day, what you're thankful for, and celebrate your successes.  

Also, since I'm not experienced in writing those I'd very much appreciate advice on whether I have to give them only facts or shall I try to at least give short explanations.Any idea/advice will help me at this point, including how to start - D. was recommended to me by our customer, then we worked for 8 months and he was awesome, then we took D. and his wife K. to a nice restaurant to celebrate - this is where I met K. - it already seems long, and I haven't even started...

Every no is another step toward a yes, so we celebrate those as well ;)
