I understand why they think that given the pod casts  late night TV etc etc. but reality check is this is a capital intensive business.. and undercapitalized business fail most times.Americans specifically have a very tough time managing personal debt.. and some of it is certainly regional..

So if I want to cast a wide net and search in several metros, I would need to have like five different brokers searching for me?

The home was built in 1954 with cast iron pipes and the neighbor described the pipes to be extremely corroded. 

I have actually been  looking at the center of the country, casting the net wide at the state level to get a idea of what is possible. 

That means no lead, no cast iron pipes, no asbestos, no rubble foundations, no undersized fuse panels.

This may have been in another post, but thought I should bring it back to light.I think that not enough of us know, or take advantage of what most banks call a "re-cast" or "re-amortization" on a loan!!

I make it a point to come here every night and read at least 1 blog/article/pod cast..... and i take note, i write down questiond , then i post in the forums to get more info and answers.....
