I'm an easygoing roommate and looking to cut costs and also have a more fun experience sharing space with a woman who invests. 

To them the LP it's often fun money.

It would be fun to see the difference between then and now.  

I expect the project will be a bit cheaper than the quote because I've been sourcing materials myself which were included in the quote and was able to buy new hardwood flooring on fb marketplace as well as buying nice hardwood cabinets from Habitat Restore that will be refinished instead of buying new plus a few other fun thrifted finds to keep costs down!

But that's my two cents, work hard and have fun doing it.

Well done though, fun part with doing business is you can scale it quickly and there's always surprises on the way :)

If this is your goal to live off of rental income you will need to acquire many properties until you reach your overall goal of making enough off rents that will cover all of your living expenses plus a little extra for fun stuff.

So its kind of fun to see how this all works.
