And it feels great to finally be cash rich and not just house rich and cash poor which is what I was for the longest time growing that portfolio.   

I understand that isn't what you thought initially but 15k is insane to get what you got and ended up with.There is way to much social med. crap that "get rich quick" is a pure and total smoke screen regarding real estate.

There are many rich people that end up bankrupt because they never learn to control their finances.By the time you reach 18, you should be able to buy a house hack, giving you a place to live and some rental income.

Real Estate is get rich slowly, $150k to invest is an amazing place to be and a great achievement, but it's also not going to produce a life changing amount of cash flow every year.

I wish you the best of luck on all of your endeavors for they are feasible depending on how hard you want to work because this is definitely not an over night get rich quick kind of thing.

Then they can own a property for the best years of the properties life and appreciation is forced through the continued rising construction costReal Estate is a long game not get rich quick.  

As a new investor focus on Equity growth over time and you will be rich. 

It's not really an advanced strategy; it's just not a "get rich quick" strategy.
