Hey,I am curious if any of you have found good deals on the market that were listed on the MLS for a long time (90+ days). 

We have 17 properties and the long term we do on ACH, but frankly, ACH set up at our bank is so cumbersome that I stopped using it for the mid-term market.  

I'm not familiar with your market, but here are some thoughts:750 Sq ft is small for a 3/1.Interior looks like a flip but it seems like it has been owned by the sellers for a long time...so maybe not.They have been trying to sell this property for 6 months and have reduced price.

If you’re looking for a long-term fix, go for a more robust approach.

HELOC= short term useFixed (first or second) = long term use like a down payment.  

Since bathrooms are relatively small, using some unique tiles and fixtures won’t break the bank and will go a long way with buyers.3.
