A few tips: maintain a solid credit score, organize your financials (especially your proof of funds), and be ready to show that you have a solid plan for your investments.

And if that doesn't work, we start quoting the lease in a factual, bullet point kind of way with no drama or finger pointing and always ask them to stop in to talk about it.

When you go blasting people for ponzi etc without proof I would never do that, but if you lost money in a deal a way to shape it was?

I DO NOT know, and as of now have seen NO proof that the subject is a fraud, let alone a “Ponzi” type fraud.

They'll also ask for some kind of proof of eligibility.
