First, a round of applause and pat on the back Josh, seriously, you deserve it and I want to recognize your achievement in taking a serious analysis of yourself, identifying your hold-backs and being brutally honest with self that it is an issue of self, and pressing to break through that. 

I’m in a space where I have to break through the fear mindset.

The first 3 years are always the hardest but if you can break through the possibilities are endless.

@Matt Groth the economics argument would be a novel to fully type out, but every major breakthrough in innovation throughout history have cause certain industries to go obsolete.

The downside for most is it takes a very high level of sales & marketing aptitude and process orientation, which is the reason I would say most wholesalers fail or take very long to reach financial breakthrough.

or the roof leaks, or some tree roots break through your drain tiles.  

I feel like I'm at the point where I want to give up, BUT I'm smart enough to know that when you get to that point, that usually means there's a breakthrough waiting around the corner.
