I would recommend you get a strong team around you, a good realtor (mine helps me with things sometimes regarding property I currently own), a good attorney, an accountant, a bookkeeper, and a property manager.

With 4 properties, a great bookkeeper will go a long way for a couple hundred dollars per month. 

Basically, they name everyone because they’re hoping and counting on the fact that people set up their own LLCs and didn’t adhere to basic entity maintenance and kept things separate (like bookkeeping and separate bank accounts).

We wanted to see if anyone in our area could recommend a good CPA that we could meet with to discuss tax write offs, strategies and what we should be aware of when it comes to bookkeeping.  

I spend MAYBE 2 hours a month including 1 hour on bookkeeping.
