For someone that has a lot of doors under their belt, what types of property management company do you use? 

I’m going to start with a flipping LLC and get a few properties under my belt.

I'm an experienced entrepreneur, but new to real estate investing (no deals under my belt yet apart from my own home).

Only way to live on rent is to pay cash and or be extremely frugal mid western rust belt type area were primary housing is very low and all other things including gas, insurance etc are much lower than us west coast folks.Nevada though to me is a smart choice to try to live on RE  prop tax's some of the lowest in the country  NO income tax  utls are low . 

I don't think I could afford to do any other strategy until I get a few properties under my belt with the prices here.

Plus we'll have our first flip under our belt so lenders will like us even more than they do now. :)

Its @Ned Carey 1000 Degree's the opposite as what happens in Tax Lien states and especially in the rust belt and back east.. 

If buying as an investment and not planning to live there, different story.As far as taking out a LOC I would make sure you take it out in the LLC or entity you plan to use to purchase the property with so you have some business credit seasoning under your belt.

I can tell you they worked their asses off and didn't rely on the Academy to be the saving grace but a tool in the tool belt not the belt.

No current door properties my belt and I hope to have 1 property in 2024.
