I would have him scour local properties using Deal Machine, Batch Leads, MLS, etc. and see what type of distressed properties he can find for you to invest in and have him "run the show" for you behind the scenes.

And yes he has started this new church- working on the next batch of suckers he can manipulate and defraud.

Then years dealing without, just batches of each.

She'd love to know,, I had bank issue where I thought checks I deposited were all accounted for ,, one  in the  batch of checks didn't it took awhile to figure it out..
