I see this home and what you paid and while it's not at all a bad price, I've seen investors offering that size in Palm Bay for as much as $15-25k lower.

Now to the bad news: it is REALLY hard to be a 20yo real estate agent and make a living wage, let alone generate cash for a down payment.

They will waste your time and you will have no choice but to take action against them.

Not too bad when the inventory is low, the number of sales is low (like a 30 year low), interest rates are high and prices are high. 

Hope is a bad strategy.The only on market strategy that I think can work is paying cash/line of credit/hard money for a property that does not qualify for conventional financing.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

MD is bad compared to Ohio where piercing the corporate veil is a myth - applicable only where the owner (even 100%) has committed a crime or fraud.

Others have little/no experience and will give you bad advice that takes you down the wrong path.I recommend you focus on educating yourself while saving more money.
