I then called another company Bio Recovery who's parent company is Prestige WorldWide Industries (http://www.prestigeworldwide.company) which if you've never seen the movie Step Brothers is the name of their "Fake Company" which makes me now question doing business with these guys.

Over time some of those mortgages were retired so we tried to do one or two flips per year and carrying those mortgages.We're actually pretty fiscally conservative or we could have acquired a lot more property because we lived in Houston during the crash and recovery of the eighties.

So that's good news because when growth is accelerating at the beginning of the year the chances of a recession in that year are practically zero, historically...so that's the good news, you are going to be in a good environment for the next 12 months and possibly longer because of a worldwide recovery that's happening, this is the real recovery that's happening now after 2008.
