You can rezone it to an existing zoning district in the Town, or you can create a completely new district that works best for your project, or you can do a text amendment to an existing zoning district.

If you do not have the assignment clause in the original purchase and sale agreement with the seller, then you will either need an amendment to add that in, otherwise you will remain the buyer and you will have to do a double closing with your buyer.It can be confusing, feel free to message me directly if you need any further help!
