Because of rising seas and nitrogen from septic causing algae blooms, county regulations in Florida regarding septic are becoming more restrictive and expensive, requiring more technologically sophisticated systems.

As an example, right now our ocean waters are clear but more inland areas including Lake O and Orlando curretly have algae blooms and no one is talking about it.

Buyers and sellers will both feel like they are getting a deal/what they want, flowers will bloom, puppies will nuzzle your cheeks, and my garden will finally grow something other than weeds.

Daffodils and hydrangea are easy ones and are currently in stores where I am and the blooms are always nice and add some height.

However, you are at the edge of the Texas Hill Country which is beautiful, especially when the wildflowers bloom in the spring.

We spent 3 years  touring the country several times over and recorded to full length albums.  

I personally am a big fan of their Metallica and Led Zeppelin albums.
